Join us as a SEO/ASO Manager.
What you will be doing
As part of the Central Marketing team based in Milan, you’ll report to the Head of Growth and will be responsible for defining and implementing the SEO and ASO strategies in partnership with the Content and Mobile team, in order to establish a consolidated organic presence of Satispay in Europe.
Namely you will:
- Define short, mid and long term SEO (on-site and off-site) and ASO strategies for Satispay, in order to maximize the organic presence of Satispay as the best solution for digital payment for both Merchants and Consumers;
- Continuously analyze and report on the organic performance of our properties;
- Analyze competition and conduct research to continuously improve our positioning opportunities;
- Cooperate with web/mobile developers to guarantee the technical SEO and ASO strategies are perfectly implemented over time;
- Liaise with the Content and Creative team to ensure continuous alignment and increase the appealing and eventually performance of our web and mobile properties from an SEO/ASO perspective;
- Coordinate with the PR and Social teams to evaluate and foster external activities aimed to increase organic traffic and domain authority, while managing the Link Building strategy.
What we need

You Have:
- 6+ years of experience in SEO in complex web environments, and 2+ years experience with ASO;
- Excellent knowledge of SEO (on-site and off-site) and ASO most advanced techniques;
- Experience with SEO and ASO tools (ex. GSC, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, Sensor Tower, etc.);
- Experience in defining frameworks for efficient SEO oriented content strategies;
- Understanding of the different App stores and their processes;
- Strong analytical and reporting skills;
- Basic knowledge of html, css and javascript is considered a plus.
You are:
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder;
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team;
- A team player in any situation;
- Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.
Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
